Terms of Service
I will do
• Original character art, Fanarts.• Mild violence, blood, injuries.• SFW, suggestive, pin-up, NSFW.
I won't do
• Hateful or offensive material• Detailed gore / Graphic depictions of death and violence.• Anything else that might make me uncomfortable. I reserve the right to refuse a commission without disclosing a reason.
Rights of Use
• Commissions are for personal use. For commercial use, you must talk with me before starting the commission, and additional fees will apply.• You can't use my work for NFTs, AI learning is forbidden. You will be blacklisted from commissioning me.• Do not edit, use, reprint, or reproduce my art without permission unless you're the owner/commissioner.• Characters belong to their owners; I only own the artwork I create.
Payment
• Payment is 100% upfront. After you pay, I'll add your slot to my queue. If interested, PayPal allows for payment plans.• Payment is made through a PayPal invoice.• No Refunds.• If, for any reason, I am unable to start your request, you will receive a full refund.
Revisions
• You can ask for alterations with each update sent (sketch, rough colors, and rendering).• Major alterations should be pointed out during the sketch step. Things like pose, expression, perspective, size, etc.• In case a major alteration needs to be done later in the illustration, a fee can be charged.
Deadline and delivery
• I use a waitlist that you can find in my Trello to track the commissions I'm going to start next. I work on multiple commissions simutaneously.• Commissions can take anywhere from a couple of weeks to even months, depending on complexity and workload. I take my time to make my best work on each piece.• I intend to complete the commissions in queue order, but simpler commissions (like headshots) can end up being finished before bigger commissions (full-body portraits, for example), even when started later than those.• If you need the piece for a specific deadline, let me know so it will be prioritized. Deadlines must be discussed before the commission is begun and cannot be changed to an earlier date once set. A rush fee may apply.
